1. (a) This section applies to a public freshwater lake, regulated or otherwise, that covers an area of at least ten (10) acres.

2. (b) A person may not order or recommend the:

   1. (1) construction;
   2. (2) reconstruction;
   3. (3) recleaning; or

   4. (4) repair;

      of a ditch, dam, or other project that will affect or is likely to affect a lowering of the water level of the public freshwater lake.
