Ind. Code § 14-24-12-6

Exception to permit requirement

As added by P.L.132-1996, SEC.5.

A nurseryman:

(1) whose nursery has been inspected and certified under IC 14-24-5 ; and
(2) who holds a dealer's license under IC 14-24-7 ;
may plant the rosa multiflora for use as a grafting root stock in growing roses.
