As used in this chapter, "person" means:
- (1) an individual;
- (2) a limited liability company;
- (3) a corporation;
- (4) an unincorporated organization or association;
- (5) the state of Indiana;
- (6) a unit of local government;
- (7) an agency; or
- (8) a group of persons acting in concert.
