Ind. Code § 14-23-6-2
Duties of state forester
As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.16.
The state forester shall do the following:
- (1) Direct the Indiana volunteer forest firefighters service.
- (2) Recommend to the commission rules for the service.
- (3) Provide education and training for the service.
(4) Use the service in times of emergency due to fire.
