As used in this chapter, "specified animal" means a live animal that is any of the following:

1. (1) An animal from the following species of Felidae:

   1. (A) Lions (Panthera leo).
   2. (B) Tigers (Panthera tigris).
   3. (C) Leopards (Panthera pardus).
   4. (D) Snow leopards (Panthera uncia).
   5. (E) Jaguars (Panthera onca).
   6. (F) Mountain lions (Puma concolor).
   7. (G) Any hybrid of a species listed in clauses (A) through (F).
2. (2) A bear (Ursidae).
