1. (a) The department may issue a permit for a minimum fee of ten dollars ($10) to a person to conduct a field trial under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2 for the protection of wild animals. The rules shall be incorporated in or attached to the permit when issued.

2. (b) The fee in subsection (a) is subject to IC 14-22-2-10 .
