The corporation:

1. (1) shall repair and maintain the building and grounds;
2. (2) shall supply reasonable space in the building for a county historical museum; and

3. (3) may lease other space in the building to commercial enterprises that is necessary for the purpose of financing the repair and maintenance of the building and grounds.
