Ind. Code § 14-19-11-7

Executive director; appointment

As added by P.L.127-2022, SEC.23.

(a) The director of the division shall:
1. (1) appoint an individual to serve as executive director of the authority; and
2. (2) evaluate the performance of the executive director annually.
(b) The director of the division may dismiss the executive director of the authority.
