Dry weight limitation of less than 2,000 pounds
As added by P.L.86-2010, SEC.8.
The department may not adopt a rule, regulation, or guideline that, with respect to an off-road vehicle, imposes a dry weight limitation of less than two thousand (2,000) pounds.
