Ind. Code § 14-13-9-5
"Yellow River basin"
As added by P.L.282-2019, SEC.8.
As used in this chapter, "Yellow River basin" means the area in Marshall County, Starke County, and St. Joseph County that is drained by the Yellow River in Indiana.
