Ind. Code § 14-13-5-10

Meetings

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.6.
  1. (a) The commission:

    1. (1) shall fix the time for regular meetings; and
    2. (2) may hold special meetings on call of the chairman with seven (7) days written notice.
  2. (b) A member may waive written notice of a specific meeting by filing a written notice with the commission.
  3. (c) Written notice is considered to have been given under this section when the written notice is:

    1. (1) placed in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid; and
    2. (2) sent to the business address of the members of the commission.
