Ind. Code § 14-13-4-14
Annual reports

Before November 1 of each year, the commission shall make a report of the commission's activities to each municipality that appointed a commission member. The commission shall also make an annual report to the following:
- (1) The governor, upon request of the governor.
(2) The legislative council, upon request of the legislative council. The report must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
