1. (a) The commission shall meet:

   1. (1) at least four (4) times per calendar year; and

   2. (2) on call of any of the following:

      1. (A) The chairman.
      2. (B) The executive director.
      3. (C) Any number of members that constitutes a quorum under subsection (b).

2. (b) The following number of members constitutes a quorum:

   1. (1) Three (3) commission members before August 1, 2012.

   2. (2) Five (5) commission members beginning August 1, 2012.
