Ind. Code § 14-13-1-12

Meetings

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.6.

(a) The commission shall meet on call of any of the following:
1. (1) The chairman.
2. (2) The executive director.
3. (3) Any three (3) voting members.
(b) Seven (7) voting members constitute a quorum.
