1. (a) Before March 2 of each year, the department shall:

   1. (1) file a report with the governor concerning any business required to correct a violation under section 1 of this chapter during the preceding year; and
   2. (2) make the report available for public inspection.

2. (b) The report must include a summary of:

   1. (1) violations;
   2. (2) corrections for violations; and

   3. (3) penalties;

      imposed for each business.
