1. (a) An owner or operator of a hazardous waste disposal facility must submit each month, to the county board of health of the county in which the facility is located, a report that lists the hazardous wastes disposed of in that facility during the previous month.

2. (b) The disposal facility may satisfy the requirements of this section by submitting:

   1. (1) photocopies of the facility daily log; or

   2. (2) a copy of any other report listing the hazardous wastes disposed of in the facility.
