Annual operation fees established under this chapter apply to facilities that:

1. (1) have received a permit from the department; or

2. (2) are operating under interim status or otherwise manage hazardous waste subject to regulation under the following:

   1. (A) IC 13-22-2 through IC 13-22-8 .

   2. (B) IC 13-22-13 through IC 13-22-14 .
