Ind. Code § 13-20.5-10-2

No penalties or sanctions for violations; no cause of action

As added by P.L.178-2009, SEC.27.

(a) A covered entity that violates this chapter is not subject to:
1. (1) a criminal or civil action or penalty; or
2. (2) any other sanction;
  under this title or any other state law.
(b) A violation of this chapter does not create a cause of action.
