1. (a) This chapter shall be enforced under IC 13-30-3 .

2. (b) A violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is subject to criminal prosecution and to the penalties set forth in the following:

   1. (1) IC 13-30-4 .
   2. (2) IC 13-30-5 .

   3. (3) IC 13-30-8 .
