Ind. Code § 13-20-25-3
"Municipal waste"
As added by P.L.126-2014, SEC.9.
As used in this chapter, "municipal waste" means any:
- (1) garbage;
- (2) refuse;
- (3) industrial lunchroom waste;
- (4) office waste; or
(5) other, similar material;
that results from the operation of residential, municipal, commercial, or institutional establishments and community activities.
