- (a) The goal of the program established under this chapter is to remove at least eighty percent (80%) of all mercury switches from end of life vehicles processed in Indiana by motor vehicle recyclers.
- (b) Implementing the program established under this chapter addresses the mercury national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for facilities using recycled steel.
