1. (a) A person who violates this chapter is subject to the penalties imposed by the following:

   1. (1) IC 13-30-4 .
   2. (2) IC 13-30-5 .

   3. (3) IC 13-30-8 .

      In addition, a person who violates this chapter may be subject to criminal prosecution under IC 13-30-10 .

2. (b) This chapter may be enforced under IC 13-30-3 or IC 13-14-2-6 .
