1. (a) The authority may sell loans or evidences of other financial assistance and other obligations evidencing the loans or other financial assistance from the supplemental fund:

   1. (1) periodically;
   2. (2) at any price; and
   3. (3) on terms acceptable to the authority.
2. (b) Proceeds of sales under this section shall be deposited in the supplemental fund, the wastewater revolving loan fund, or the fund at the direction of the authority.
