1. (a) On July 1, 1999, the treasurer of state shall transfer the balance remaining in the supplemental wastewater assistance fund on June 30, 1999, to the supplemental drinking water and wastewater assistance fund established by IC 13-18-21-22 , as amended by P.L.132-1999.
2. (b) On July 1, 1999, all liabilities of the supplemental wastewater assistance fund become liabilities of the supplemental drinking water and wastewater assistance fund established by IC 13-18-21-22 , as amended by P.L.132-1999.
