Storm water permits

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.8.

(a) For storm water permits for construction activity, a fee of one hundred dollars ($100) shall be submitted with a notice of intent (NOI).
(b) For storm water permits for industrial activity, the annual fee is one hundred dollars ($100).
