Ind. Code § 13-18-11-1

Exclusion of certain water supply systems

  1. (a) As used in this chapter, "transient noncommunity water system" has the meaning set forth in IC 13-11-2-237.5 .

  2. (b) The commissioner may determine that this chapter does not apply to a transient noncommunity water system.
