An onsite inspection of a confined feeding operation must be conducted in compliance with:

1. (1) 327 IAC 19-4-1;

2. (2) biosecurity procedures developed by the department in consultation with the:

   1. (A) Indiana state board of animal health; and
   2. (B) United States Environmental Protection Agency; and
3. (3) reasonable site-specific biosecurity protocols for the confined feeding operation.
