Sections 1 through 3 and 6 of this chapter do not alter the procedures and time frames set forth in the hazardous waste permit modification rules adopted by the department, except to the extent that sections 1 through 3 and 6 of this chapter establish specific calendar day time frames where no time frame exists under the rules.
