Ind. Code § 13-14-1-12

Enforcement of rules

The commissioner shall enforce rules consistent with the purposes of:

  1. (1) air pollution control laws;
  2. (2) water pollution control laws;
  3. (3) IC 13-18-9 ;
  4. (4) IC 13-18-10 ;
  5. (5) IC 13-19-3 ; and

  6. (6) IC 36-9-30 .
