Services to support families of persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities may include services available within the division of family resources, the division of disability and rehabilitative services, the division of aging, the division of mental health and addiction, the state department of health, the department of education, the department of workforce development, and the department of correction, including case management and service coordination.
