Ind. Code § 12-30-3-25
Immunity from personal liability
As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.24.
The:
- (1) members of the county home board;
- (2) the county home superintendent; and
(3) officers and employees of the county home;
are not personally liable, except to the state or the county, for an official act done or omitted in connection with the performance of duties established under this chapter.
