Restrictions on patient
As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.18.
A patient who earns wages under this chapter is not:
- (1) subject to rules of the state personnel department;
- (2) eligible to become a member of the public employees' retirement fund; or
(3) covered by IC 22-2-2 .
