Election of patient to perform work for pay

As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.18.

(a) A patient may elect to perform work for pay under this chapter if work of the type described by the treatment team under section 3(a)(1) of this chapter is available.
(b) A patient may not be required to perform work for pay.
