Ind. Code § 12-24-4-2 – Duties of director and superintendent with respect to security officers appointed

The director and the superintendent shall do the following with respect to security officers appointed under this chapter:

(1) Prescribe duties.
(2) Direct conduct.
(3) Prescribe distinctive uniforms.
(4) Designate emergency vehicles for the use of the security officers.
