The division shall, not later than October 1 of each year, do the following:
- (1) Perform, or have performed, an analysis of the data received under this chapter.
- (2) Report the results of the data collection and analysis to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
- (3) Publish the results of the data collection and analysis on the division's Internet web site.
