The division shall do the following:
- (1) Adopt guidelines for awarding a grant under this chapter.
- (2) Not later than June 1, 2017, prepare and supervise the issuance of public information concerning the project.
- (3) Prescribe the form for and regulate the submission of applications to participate in the project.
- (4) Determine a health care system applicant's eligibility for participation in the project.
