After a research institution that receives a grant under this chapter completes and finalizes a study under this chapter, a research institution shall prepare and submit a report summarizing the results of the study and any recommendations for legislation to the following:

1. (1) The interim study committee on public health, behavioral health, and human services established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
2. (2) The Indiana department of health.
3. (3) The division.
