A person who is related to a county director in the following manner is not eligible for a position in the county office:

1. (1) Husband or wife.
2. (2) Father or mother.
3. (3) Son or daughter.
4. (4) Son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
5. (5) Brother or sister.
6. (6) Niece or nephew.

7. (7) Uncle or aunt.
