Ind. Code § 12-19-2-4
Nepotism; persons ineligible for positions in division
As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.13.
A person who is related to the director of the division in the following manner is not eligible for a position in the division:
- (1) Husband or wife.
- (2) Father or mother.
- (3) Son or daughter.
- (4) Son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
- (5) Brother or sister.
- (6) Niece or nephew.
(7) Uncle or aunt.
