1. (a) After the registration of a child care ministry under this chapter is revoked or suspended, the division shall:

   1. (1) publish notice under IC 5-3-1 ; and

   2. (2) send written notice to each person responsible for a child in care;

      of the revocation or suspension.

2. (b) The written notice sent under subsection (a) must:

   1. (1) be sent to the last known address of the person responsible for the child in care; and
   2. (2) state that the registration of the child care ministry has been revoked or suspended.
