Ind. Code § 12-17.2-3.5-9 – Communication devices

(a) A provider shall have at least one (1) working telephone in each facility where the provider operates a child care program.
(b) A provider shall, in each facility where the provider operates a child care program, have a communication device (which may be the telephone required by subsection (a)) that is:
1. (1) approved by the division; and
2. (2) compatible with an automated time and attendance tracking system approved by the division.
