Reimbursement for doula services; rules

As added by P.L.35-2019, SEC.1.

(a) Pregnancy services provided under this article may include reimbursement for doula services.
(b) The office may apply for any state plan amendment or waiver necessary to implement this section.
(c) The office may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this section.
