The oversight committee consists of the following members:

1. (1) The chairperson of the house ways and means committee.
2. (2) The ranking minority member of the house ways and means committee.
3. (3) One (1) member of the house ways and means committee who is appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.
4. (4) The chairperson of the house public health committee.
5. (5) The chairperson of the senate appropriations committee.
6. (6) The chairperson of the senate tax and fiscal policy committee.
7. (7) The ranking minority member of the senate appropriations committee.
8. (8) The chairperson of the senate health and provider services committee.
9. (9) The director of the office of management and budget, or the director's designee.
10. (10) The secretary of the family and social services administration, or the secretary's designee.
