1. (a) The board, the therapeutics committee, or the office may not release proprietary or confidential information obtained as part of the development, implementation, or maintenance of a preferred drug list under this chapter.
2. (b) Information described in subsection (a) is confidential for purposes of IC 5-14-3-4 (a)(1).
