Ind. Code § 12-15-35-4
"Counseling" defined
As added by P.L.75-1992, SEC.19.
As used in this chapter, "counseling" means the activities conducted by a pharmacist to inform Medicaid recipients about the proper use of drugs as required by the board under this chapter.
