Dispensing fee criteria

As added by P.L.15-2002, SEC.1.

A dispensing fee shall be evaluated based upon the following information concerning the costs of pharmacy operation:

(1) Operational data.
(2) Professional services data.
(3) Overhead data.
(4) Profit data.
