Ind. Code § 12-15-20.5-1
The office is not required to implement or continue to implement IC 12-15-16 , IC 12-15-17 , IC 12-15-18 , IC 12-15-19 , or IC 12-15-20 if the means of financial matching described is or becomes contrary to federal law.
