Ind. Code § 12-15-2-5

Individuals eligible; recipients of old age assistance, blind assistance, or disabled assistance payments as of December 31, 1973

An individual who:

  1. (1) was receiving assistance payments in the old age assistance, blind assistance, or disabled assistance categories as of December 31, 1973; and

  2. (2) continues to remain eligible under state laws and rules;

    is eligible to receive Medicaid.
