Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, a person who is ineligible for assistance under IC 12-14-2 because of noncompliance with IC 12-14-2-21 , IC 12-14-2-24 , IC 12-14-2-26 , or IC 12-14-5.5 is ineligible for Medicaid under this article.
