1. (a) As used in this chapter, "physician services" means services provided by an individual licensed under IC 25-22.5 while engaged in the practice of medicine (as defined in IC 25-22.5-1-1.1 (a)).

2. (b) The term does not include the decision to admit a patient to a hospital.
